Intro Entry :)

I have decided to blog :) There is no real reason; just an open diary of thoughts, feelings, experiences, and whatnot. I really don't have a purpose for this blog seeing as it was an idea that one of my bestie's, Sheila, introduced and encouraged. At first, I was like "but I have nothing to write about" and still don't- but we're just going to freestyle it for now until I become more inspired. lol.  I'm a newbie to this so bare with me on the pics and cutesy stuff just yet; Sheila will have to school me on that aspect of it. Haaa! I'm sure she'll be happy to do so, being that she made my blog in minutes (and mind you ECSTATICALLY!!!!) after only mentioning it to me!

An infinite number of thoughts run through my head each day- so i have decided to share them here. I am definitely going through a lot in my life right now. Being that I'm 26 and really haven't "found" myself; I feel very lost in lots of ways. I am single; I live in a city away from ALL family; don't really have many friends (which is a good thing most of the time, but the friends I do have are wives/fiance's/girlfriends- get's to be a real eye opener); not exactly the type to hang out or be "on the scene" (I admit, I'm very much a homebody); and lately I really feel my family seems to drift apart with each passing year. Although these things sadden me each day; I still know that I am blessed!

With that being said: I have many things that I am proud of about my life and that I am excited to share! I was the first of my immediate family to graduate college- yayyyy me!! lol. I also have a great job with great people that I enjoy! I enjoy being with friends doing whatever- everything from shopping and dining to chillin' out/painting nails/doing each other's hair/etc. I love time with family and although we don't live around the corner from each other- I travel ALOT to see them when I can.

I know I tend to overthink alot However, my simplicity and kind heart make me who I am. I love fashion!! In fact, most of my bad days end in bags and bags of unnecessary  shopping escapades that I regret the next day 90% of the time. I admit, this is my guilty pleasure :/
